Motown Writers Network & Michigan Literary Network News for today  The 2nd annual Detroit Independent Film Festival has announced that all filmakers in the state of Michigan with films produced in 2010 may submit their films for consideration for the secodn annual Michigan Fim Awards, a commpetition whose main purpose to strengthem the indepedent film industry within the state.
