October 26, 2010   FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE   Esteemed Actress and New York Times Best Selling Author Victoria Rowell will be speaking and signing her books "Secrets of a Soap Opera Diva" and "The Women Who Raised Me." The signings will take place this Friday and Saturday October 29 and 30.  The Michigan International Books Festival will be held at the Laurel Park Place Mall in Livonia.  Miss Rowell will lecture about the importance of mentoring and foster families, an issue dear to her heart.   Other author signing and selling books are:   Journalist and news reporter Paula Tutman   "DEADLINE" Author and Publicist Pam Perry  "The Synergy Energy" Native Detroiter, Author and Chef Keith D.
